Our internship experience is designed to find you the right fit, where you are empowered to make the greatest impact. During our application process, you will be asked to identify which company you have the most interest in joining (explore each company here). Throughout the interview process, our leaders will learn more about your experience, skill set, and interests and work with you to determine which role you will be the best match for.
Interview
The first step in our interview process is a phone call. During this conversation, we’ll ask about the experiences that have shaped your student life, classes you’ve taken, and where your passions lie. We’ll also give you the opportunity to get to know us and hear what makes The Johnson Group unique.
Those who are selected to move to the next round in the interview process will be invited to our Spartanburg headquarters for on-site interviews. Travel arrangements and accommodations will be discussed as part of those conversations.
Accept
Those who are offered to join the program will join their peers for a full-day onboarding event in downtown Spartanburg, where you’ll meet other new colleagues and leaders from across The Johnson Group. Together, you’ll learn more about our family of companies, our history, culture, and exciting business goals you’ll help to achieve.
