Intern Opportunities Available:
Accounting
The primary focus will be assisting the team with all accounting matters associated with the company across divisions. The intern will gain exposure in financial reporting, tax depreciation, bank reconciliations, and equity basis calculations, in addition to gaining knowledge of accounting principles.
Asset Management
The primary focus will be tracking and optimizing performance of Self-Storage assets. The Intern will gain exposure in analyzing supply and market specific competition as well as tracking financial and operational performance of the assets.

The primary focus will be on oversight of the building development process by assisting with the design, permitting and construction supervision of projects.
Division: Industrial
Finance
The primary focus will be assisting the team with all finance matters associated with the company across divisions. The Intern will gain exposure to monthly and annual reporting, assessing viability of projects, proforma analysis and market research for new development opportunities.
Real Estate
The primary focus will be on real estate acquisition by assisting with underwriting and conducting market research. The Intern will gain exposure to rate analysis, zoning, supply and other characteristics that make up a full market analysis.

Digital/Creative/Marketing Services
This intern will support the Marketing department with projects related to social media, graphic design, content development, SEO and digital advertising strategies.
Finance
The primary focus will be assisting the team with all finance matters associated with the company. The Intern will gain exposure to monthly and annual reporting, assessing viability of projects, proforma analysis and market research for new development opportunities.
Human Resources
The primary focus will include updating internal databases with employee information, benefits and payroll data. The intern will assist with HR related projects/reports and help with Talent Management and Recruitment.
Information Technology
The Information Technology Intern will support the team with technology infrastructure and systems in new hotels within the portfolio.
Purchasing
This intern will support the purchasing team with sourcing and purchasing of interior elements for hotels under construction or renovation.
Real Estate
The primary focus will be on real estate acquisition by assisting with underwriting and conducting market research. The Intern will gain exposure to rate analysis, zoning, supply and other characteristics that make up a full market analysis.
Revenue Management
The Revenue Management Intern will gain exposure to monthly and annual reporting, evaluating strategies related to pricing and restrictions, demand analysis and positioning compared to competitor hotels.

ACA is an indirect automotive lending institution that provides financing to emerging credit consumers and has an array of internship opportunities available. From strategy analytics and information technology to accounting and finance, you’ll find a wide range of key business functions that support a rapidly growing company. Intern Opportunities Available:
Internal Audit
An internal audit intern supports the audit team by assisting with planning, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation of findings. Their responsibilities include researching policies, procedures, regulations, and frameworks for audits, setting up testing templates and audit folders, gathering and documenting support, scheduling and attending meetings with the business, data entry, tracking upcoming due dates, and assisting with follow-up audits. Interns may also work on special projects under leadership direction and participate in training to enhance their skills and understanding of the audit process.
Human Resources
As an HR intern, this role will offer hands-on experience in various HR functions and the opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects and processes. Experiences could include supporting our Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, interview planning and carrying out onboarding processes. Other opportunities could include working with our Learning and Development team to support orientations as well as working on design projects across our TA, L&D and Communications and Engagement teams.
Originations
Interns at our organization primarily concentrate on addressing operational challenges by conducting root cause analysis, data analysis, and process evaluations. They collaborate with team members to develop and implement enhancements aimed at boosting profitability within the originations area. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in identifying and solving complex issues while contributing to strategic improvements.
Information Technology
The internships in IT are opportunities to become immersed in the software delivery process while in pursuit of real and meaningful objectives. You’ll learn what it takes to be a developer in a team while being introduced to each aspect of design and delivery. Participating in daily strategy meetings as well as continuous one-on-one interactions with key team members provides a rewarding and valuable experience.
Risk
Risk interns at ACA work within our Risk department and partner with teams across the business to identify, analyze and solve
complex business challenges. This intern will use data to derive actionable insights that will contribute to ACA’s overall portfolio growth.
Servicing
Servicing Interns lead projects in various aspects of the account servicing (collections and loss mitigation) cycle by developing opportunities to make processes more efficient and effective. They participate in strategy meetings, evaluate processes and work with leaders to recommend enhancements while being budget conscious.
