As we near the end of 2019, I pause to reflect on the strong growth that we’ve been able to achieve within our companies this year. I feel very proud to be associated with the great work we are doing together. As we enter this holiday season, I want to share my gratitude with you for your passion, dedication, and diligence in your work. It brings me a great deal of fulfillment to see our businesses grow and our team members thrive.

The fall also brings with it the season for performance discussions. Fulfillment comes in many forms. Professional fulfillment is very important in our lives, as is personal fulfillment. My wife, Carter, and I are experiencing immense joy as we watch our son, Dean, grow into a happy, healthy, and bright one-year-old. We are filled with wonder by his discoveries each and every day.
