ACA Expands Its Footprint

In August, American Credit Acceptance opened a new location in Boise, Idaho to specifically provide service to the growing number of customers and dealer partners in western time zones. The office, located outside of downtown Boise, currently houses over 40 associates.

“This year we celebrated 14 years in business. I’m so proud of the growth that we have experienced in the last few years that allows us to expand our vision of empowering the emerging credit consumer to purchase reliable and affordable transportation,” says Curt Sidden, Chief Executive Officer. “We now have offices in Atlanta, Barbados, Boise, Grenada, Honduras, St. Lucia, and Spartanburg, as well as a group of remote associates in Albuquerque. I’m excited to see what new goals we can accomplish with our growing associate base.”

The office can house over 200 associates and ACA is continuing to focus on strategically growing its team in Boise to make a larger impact for its West Coast customers and dealers and to reach into new markets.

In September, ACA reached another milestone that allows it to continue to expand its impact. September marked the first time in the history of the company that ACA closed out a month with a loan portfolio of over $5 billion.

When asked what this milestone means for ACA, Chief Financial Officer, Timothy MacPhail said “This does not mean that we have made a profit of $5 billion, but rather that we have invested over $5 billion in our customers all across the country. Growing our assets allows us to further realize our vision by increasing the number of emerging credit consumers we are empowering to purchase reliable and affordable transportation.”

ACA teammates gathered across locations to celebrate these accomplishments and reflect on the hard work that enabled these achievements.
